Known as Villa Roc Fleuri, the late James Bond star owned the Art Deco property on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea in Nice during the 1970s and ’80s.
Perched at the base of Mont Boron, the Art Deco villa overlooks the Port of Nice and Cap d’Antibes, next to Château de l’Anglais.

Several terraces, including a rooftop deck, offer plenty of outdoor space and postcard views.

The main house features a grand reception area with immediate sea views upon entry.

Built in 1930, the property preserves period details like mosaic inlays, wood paneling, and wrought-iron banisters.

The primary suite occupies the entire top floor.

A gym occupies a loft above the indoor pool and, like most rooms in the house, overlooks the sea.

A dedicated spa area features an indoor heated infinity pool

The current owners revamped the landscaping.

The gardens and a stone staircase cascade down to sea, where there’s private, gated access to the water.

A neighboring villa, available separately, features a circular swimming pool.
