Fanny Stollar and her doubles partner Irina Khromacheva will have to continue their wait for a doubles Grand Slam title, losing 7-6 (7-1), 7-6 (7-2) to Erin Routliffe and Gabriela Dabrowski in the Wimbledon Round of 16.
Best showing in a Slam

Stollar beat Suzan Lamens and Aleksandra Krunić in the first round, and Iryna Shymanovich and Anastasia Dețiuc in the second round to reach her personal best round in a Grand Slam event.

A child prodigy in the sport, Stollar reportedly picked up a tennis racket for the first time at the age of three, according to the WTA official website.

Since turning pro in 2014, at the age of 16, she has claimed two ITF singles titles over the last decade.
