RuPaul's Drag Race season 5 queen Alaska won the All Stars 2 crown — and now a ring from partner Matthew Herrmann, whom the drag superstar exclusively tells Entertainment Weekly proposed to her Sunday night in her hometown of Erie, Pa.

"My longtime partner Matthew Herrmann proposed to me yesterday," Alaska tells EW in an statement. "It was after my grandma’s 90th birthday celebration."

Alaska continues, explaining that Herrmann "is a Los Angeles-based producer and educator."

"I love him so much and he’s the best," the statement finishes, with several heart emojis following.

TheDrag Race star stoked speculation about her engagement after sharing an Instagram photo on Monday showing a left hand sporting a silver band on the ring finger, with many fellow show alums offering their congratulations in the comments.

"Congrats sis!" wrote season 9 contestant, All Stars 5 winner, and Ironheart actor Shea Couleé, with season 13 and All Stars 10 alum Denali commenting, "omg congrats lasky!!"

Other well-wishing messages came from season 14 and All Stars 10 queen Bosco, season 3, All Stars 1, and All Stars 4 queen Manila Luzon, and perennial competitor Jujubee, among others.

Herrmann often shares social media photos that feature Alaska, including a January snapshot highlighting one of Alaska's feature interviews in the New York Times, which centered on the entertainer's successful Drag: The Musical stage show in New York City.

"Congratulations," Herrmann wrote in the post. "I am so so proud of you."

Prior to her relationship with Herrmann, Alaska was famously romantically involved with Drag Race season 4 winner and fellow Pittsburgh drag queen Sharon Needles, with the pair remaining together for several years before ending their relationship in 2013.

After auditioning several times (and even appearing in the audience during the season 4 finale), Alaska finally landed a spot on the season 5 cast, ultimately finishing the show as a finalist before returning to win All Stars 2 in 2016.
