Just mix everything together the night before, leave to rest in the fridge, and you've got an ultra-comforting breakfast ready to enjoy as soon as you wake up ;)
Ingredients
- 3 & 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup milk (or water)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp agave syrup (or other sweetener)
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 espresso coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Topping:
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation
Step 1:

Mix the oats and milk in a bowl and rehydrate in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Remove from microwave every 30 seconds to mix.

Add the chia seeds and agave syrup and mix.

Add the coffee, vanilla extract and cocoa powder and mix well.

Finally, add the yogurt and mix. Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight, covered with cling film.
