Ingredients
For the cake:
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1.75 cups mayonnaise (mustard-free)
- 1.2 cups coffee (or 1.2 cups water)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3.5 oz chocolate chips
For the ganache:
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup cream

Preparation
