These were North Jersey's most expensive home sales in June
A sprawling 95.5-acre estate with a private lake that broke one town's sale price record, a luxurious $4.28 million newly-built home on a quiet cul-de-sac and a recently-renovated historic brownstone with one of Hoboken's largest backyard spaces were among the priciest properties to sell in North Jersey in June.
While there were a mix of sale prices for this month's homes, three of them changed hands for more than $4 million. And all of this month's properties were sold through the typical real estate process.
Here's a look at the most expensive homes to sell in each North Jersey county during the month of June.
