Photos: Paul McCartney images projected onto Denver’s Union Station over weekend
DENVER (KDVR) — Union Station was lit up with images of Paul McCartney over the weekend following the announcement of the legend’s upcoming show at Coors Field.
Last week, the singer and songwriter known for his time with The Beatles announced the “Got Back 2025” tour, which hits the road in September and stops in Denver on Oct. 19.
The concert will mark McCartney’s first live performance in Colorado since his sold-out show at the Pepsi Center in 2010.
To celebrate his career and his return to the Centennial State, Denverites may have noticed large images of the rock legend projected onto Union Station on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Tickets for the show go on sale this week. On Tuesday, a limited number of VIP packages will be available starting at 10 a.m., then they will go on sale to the general public on Friday at 10 a.m. Rockies Insiders will be able to get presale tickets on Thursday at 11 a.m.
