Can Daniel Dubois get his revenge on Oleksandr Usyk?
Saturday night lights at Wembley

Wembley Stadium is set to come alive this Saturday as it hosts one of the year’s most anticipated boxing showdowns. Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois are preparing to go toe-to-toe once again in a rematch of their 2023 clash. This time, the stakes are even higher...
Titles on the line

Usyk will defend his unified WBO, WBA, and IBF heavyweight belts against Dubois, who will be looking to get even with the Ukrainian fighter.
Frank Warren on the main stage

"It will be a massive night and a historic one for British sport because the undisputed title has never been fought for in the UK," spoke legendary fight promoter Frank Warren during the press conference. "It is an opportunity for Daniel to etch his name in British sporting history," he added.
"I'm confident"

According to Sky Sports, Warren has been a strong advocate for Dubois ahead of the fight: "I'm confident because I believe in him. Usyk is a very, very good fighter. He's a great cruiserweight. He's done everything that's been asked of him. But I look at fights. I don't just look at their last performance."
Knockout

Dubois has a daunting record of 22 wins (21 KOs) and only 2 losses. The orthodox fighter boasts of almost a perfect KO record, with 95.45% of his fights ending in a one. Nicknamed 'Dynamite', Dubois will be looking to light the match ahead of Saturday.
Usyk's boxing pedigree

Usyk's boxing pedigree is second to none, being the first cruiserweight boxer to hold all four major belts and being a unified heavyweight boxer. The undefeated Ukrainian heavyweight is still unmatched.
A strong opponent

The Ukrainian holds a terrifying 23-0 record in the ring with 14 KOs under his belt. Usyk has defeated all types of challengers and yet remains one of the best heavyweights in the world.
2023 controversy

The lead up to the fight has been tense as both fighters go tit-for-tat, tossing cheating accusations back and forth. In 2023, Dubois was accused of multiple illegal jabs throughout their first fight. "Yeah, but it is in the past now," shared Dubois with a smile during the press conference.
Real or fake?

Usyk was accused of "acting" and dramatizing the low jabs launched by the British heavyweight. Don Charles, Dubois coach, has repeatedly called out the Ukrainian on the matter. "I believe you are jealous [to Don Charles]. You are right, I deserve an Oscar. Listen, you must teach your fighter to punch clean, but I won the fight with a jab. Enough," replied Usyk during the conference.
The support of a nation

In a home away from home, Usyk has a nation on his back, expecting him to keep the belts in front of thousands of Ukrainians in the UK.
Becoming the first

The Olympic Gold Medallist has won cruiserweight world titles on the road in Poland, Latvia, and Russia, meaning Dubois will have to break the mould if he is to have a chance.
