Which Major League Baseball teams will earn MLB postseason berths in the 2025 MLB playoffs?

In the National League, the Milwaukee Brewers, Los Angeles Dodgers and Philadelphia Phillies currently lead their divisions, with several teams in position to challenge for wild-card berths and to make a late run into the MLB playoff picture.
