The survey included more than 15,000 individuals from nearly every continent on Earth and found that some of the 100 cities included have a far better reputation than others.

Survey respondents were given a question and asked to judge each city's brand based on familiarity, reputation, and consideration, like whether they would live, work, or visit that city.

The questionnaire was extremely detailed and included 45 attributes that were divided into seven categories, which helped researchers give each of the 100 cities a key ranking.
