Starbucks rolls out new summer menu

With summer just around the corner, Starbucks is gearing up to help customers beat the heat in style. The coffee giant has officially launched its 2025 summer menu, featuring a mix of innovative new beverages and the return of some seasonal fan favorites that are sure to delight both loyal regulars and curious newcomers.

Starting Tuesday, May 20, Starbucks locations across the country will offer several limited-time items that celebrate the flavors of summer. The highlight of the new menu is the Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, which joins the popular shaken espresso lineup with a fresh twist inspired by global traditions.

This refreshing drink features Starbucks Blonde Espresso, known for its smooth and subtly sweet profile, shaken with oatmilk and a specially crafted horchata-flavored syrup.

The syrup blends the warm spice of cinnamon with sweet vanilla and soft nutty notes, reminiscent of the classic rice milk-based drink found in many Latin cultures. The beverage is designed to provide a creamy, spiced experience that feels indulgent yet light—perfect for summer sipping.

Customers can further customize their experience with two popular variations: the Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher, which adds a tart citrus twist, and the Summer Skies Drink, which swaps in coconut milk for a smooth and creamy tropical feel.

Rounding out the summer menu is a delightful new dessert item: the Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop. This seasonal sweet treat combines the flavor of ripe strawberries with creamy vanilla in a soft cake center, all dipped in a pink chocolaty coating and served on a stick for easy enjoyment.

Starbucks notes that all of the items on the summer menu will be available for a limited time only, while supplies last. So whether you’re craving something bold and espresso-forward, fruity and light, or sweet and snackable, the 2025 summer menu offers something to brighten your day.
