Turn off devices

Make sure that you turn off all devices at least an hour before bed. It will definitely help you sleep better.
Use an app

There are certain apps, like Sleep Cycle, that can assist you in waking up with more energy.
Watch what you eat

It's better to avoid food like chocolate before bed, as it contains caffeine. Also, certainly stay away from cola and coffee for several hours before bed.
Get someone else involved

Whether it's your partner or a friend, why not try and persuade someone to join you in your new morning routine?
Prepare

If you prepare your lunch in advance, do the ironing for the week, etc., you won't have to rush around in the morning.
Schedule workouts

By organizing your mornings clearly, and scheduling, you will find it easier to stick with what you have planned.
