This cheese, widely used in Mediterranean cuisine, goes wonderfully well with a drizzle of honey and rosemary. Whether used to garnish gyros, or to liven up a salad, this crunchy-melt cheese will melt your taste buds :-)

Preparation
Step 1:

Cut the halloumi into slices.

Dry the slices with paper towels.

Drizzle olive oil into a frying pan over medium-high heat and, when hot, place the halloumi slices in it.

Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, turning over when golden brown.
