- 2 lbs onion (6 small units or as many as you like)
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour (or cornstarch)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika

Peel the onions.

Then cut them evenly with a knife or mandoline.

Put the chopped onions in a bowl. Add the flour, salt, paprika and olive oil.

Mix well.

Arrange the onions in the Airfryer basket. You can cook it in two ways: 1: In Air Fry mode, at 280°F/140°C for +-20 minutes. 2: In Roast mode, at 300°F/150°C for +-18 minutes. In both cases, the time will be until golden brown, as it depends on the thickness of the onion. Remember to shake the basket every 5 minutes to make sure everything is even.
