11. Aston Martin Valkyrie - 220 mph

Starting off the list with the Aston Martin Valkyrie, the fantastic 6.5-liter V-12 packs a punch for its 1,160 hp. Engineers from Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing put their heads together to create a masterpiece of a car which races in the IMSA SportsCar Championship and the FIA World Endurance Championships (WEC). The Valkyrie has a top speed of 220 mph (354.06 km/h) and can reach 0 to 60 in 3.0 seconds, reports Evo.
10. McLaren Speedtail - 250 mph

Despite being a heavier car than the Valkyrie, the McLaren Speedtail hypercar can reach speeds up to 250 mph (402.34 km/h). Its 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine packs 1,035 hp and a sleek design, turning it into an air dynamic masterpiece.
9. Rimac Nevera - 258 mph

The Rimac Nevera stands out as a world-class hyper-EV that has silenced the myth that electric cars were slower when comparing them to gas-powered cars. The Croatian supercar has registered speeds up to 258 mph (415.21 km/h), making it one of the fastest electric cars in the world, reports Autocar.
8. Bugatti Veyron Super Sport - 267.856 mph

The Bugatti Veyron was the world's fastest production car in 2005 after it achieved jaw-dropping speeds of 253 mph (407.16 km/h). Fast-forward to 2010, Bugatti gave the Veyron a substantial overhaul with one goal in mind — reclaim the top speed title. In 2010, Pierre-Henri Raphanel clocked a lap driving at 267.856 mph (431.07 km/h), reports Motor1.
6. Aspark Owl - 273 mph

This Japanese super car has been a major sensation in the new hyper-EV market, becoming one of the fastest EV's money can buy. According to the Japanese engineering firm Aspark, the hypercar is fitted with a unique battery pack that can last a 280-mile range.
5. Bugatti Tourbillon - 277 mph

The Bugatti Tourbillon is one of the firm's latest ultra-powered hypercars, arriving two decades after the release of the Veyron. It's V16 engine stacking 1775 hp turns this car into pure power. The car has a top speed of 277 mph (445.79 km/h), however, production line cars are limited to 236 mph (379.8 km/h).
4. Koenigsegg Agera RS - 278 mph

The Agera RS is a lighter and improved version of the Agera R which was designed by the Swedish firm Koenigsegg. In 2017, the Koenigsegg Agera RS became the “fastest car in the world,” after going from 0-250 mph (400 km/h) in 36.4 seconds in comparison to the Bugatti Chiron which clocked 41.6 seconds, reports Auto Express.
3. Bugatti Chiron Super Sport - 304.7 mph

In 2019, Andy Wallace drove the 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged Chiron around Ehra-Lessien track, clocking in a 304.7 mph (490.37 km/h) top speed. The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport still remains till this day as an engineering masterpiece from Bugatti.
2. Bugatti Bolide - 311 mph

The Bolide delivers a sci-fi aesthetic that just resembles one thing — speed. It's a track-focused hypercar designed for maximum performance, utilizing an 8.0-liter W16 engine with four turbochargers, producing a whooping 1,850 hp. The Bolide boasts of a top speed of 311 mph (500.51 km/h), making it one of the fastest cars on earth.
