Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's former home sold for $10.8 million this week—far exceeding the $9.5 million asking price—after less than a month on the market. The Los Angeles mansion was originally purchased by Garner in 2004 for $5.5 million.
Located in the upscale neighborhood of Brentwood, the 4,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired home was built in 1929. Featuring four bedrooms, a sunken living room, and a wood-burning fireplace, it was previously owned by fellow A-listers Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.

Affleck moved into the home after marrying Garner in 2005. It was also the place where they raised their three children, 19-year-old Violet, 16-year-old Seraphina, and 13-year-old Samuel. Garner and Affleck sold the property in 2009 before they went their separate ways in 2015.
In March, the Gone Girl star told GQ that he was leaning on Garner following his divorce from Jennifer Lopez. After reuniting in 2022, the high-profile pair called it quits for good this year.

"I’m really lucky that I have a really good co-parent and partner in Jennifer Garner, the kids’ mom, who’s wonderful and great and we work together well," the Good Will Hunting actor shared. He also revealed how he’s taught his kids not to read into tabloid speculation about his relationship status, both past and present.
“What I’ve ended up focusing on is: Look, I know what’s going on in my life. And also, really more importantly, my kids know,” he said.
“We used to have a thing, my ex-wife and I, when they would see something on a supermarket stand, we would say, well, ‘You know this isn’t always true because if it were, you would have 15 brothers or sisters or whatever the number of stories is where they said that your mom was pregnant,'" Affleck added.
