Jennifer Garner paid tribute to her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, for Father's Day, June 15. The actress took to Instagram to share a sweet, never-before-seen family picture of Affleck and one of their three children. The photo sees Affleck lying on a sofa, while one of his children, a baby at the time, sleeps on his stomach. "Happy Father's Day to 3 people's favorite landing spot," Garner wrote across image.

Garner and Affleck married in 2005 and announced their split in 2015. They share three children, Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13. Affleck went on to marry Jennifer Lopez in 2022, before they divorced in 2024. As for Garner, she is now in a relationship with California businessman John Miller.

Affleck recently opened up about his co-parenting relationship with Garner while speaking to GQ. "I’m really lucky that I have a really good co-parent and partner in Jennifer Garner, the kids’ mom, who’s wonderful and great and we work together well," he said.

In 2016, Garner told Vanity Fair that their focus was on the children—and it was for them that they remained friends. “It’s not Ben’s job to make me happy,” she said. “The main thing is these kids—and we’re completely in line with what we hope for them. Sure, I lost the dream of dancing with my husband at my daughter’s wedding. But you should see their faces when he walks through the door. And if you see your kids love someone so purely and wholly, then you’re going to be friends with that person.”
