SHAH ALAM - Local mineral water brand, BubblesO2 has achieved yet another milestone by receiving the Superbrands Malaysia 2025 award.
This prestigious accolade recognises brands with strong market presence, excellent reputation and continuous innovation.
The award comes at a time when the company is experiencing over 200 per cent increase in demand, fuelled by rapid growth locally and successful expansion into global markets.
To support this surge, Managing Director Ain Azizah Arifin said Bubbles O2 is currently expanding its production facilities in a second phase of development to keep up with supply needs.
“This recognition is more than just a corporate success—it’s proof that Malaysian products can stand tall on the global stage with quality offerings sourced from nature.
"Our mineral water contains naturally dissolved oxygen, with no artificial additives," she said in a statement.
The brand’s growth is also supported by strong internal technical expertise under the leadership of chief executive officer Abdul Aziz Arifin, an engineer with experience in the natural resources and engineering sectors in the United States.

“From source selection to end-user delivery, we’ve developed a sustainable system to maintain the purity of the minerals and high oxygen content in every bottle," he said.
BubblesO2 sources its water from carefully selected underground springs and minimally processes it to retain its natural composition.
Its naturally high dissolved oxygen levels have made the product a favourite among health-conscious consumers, athletes, and active individuals.
Since 2023, Bubbles O2 has successfully entered several international markets including the United States, UAE, Brunei and Indonesia.
The brand is now in final talks to further expand into South Africa and Europe by mid-2026.
The company’s visibility has also grown through participation in major events like Le Tour de Langkawi, the SEA Games, MotoGP at SIC, and as an official sponsor of the Malaysian Football League (MFL).
Despite being just six years in the market, Bubbles O2 has earned several industry accolades, such as the BrandLaureate Fast Moving Growing Sustainable Brand 2024 and Entrepreneur of the Year in the FMCG category.

The company works closely with agencies like KUSKOP, SME Corp, MARA, and PERNAS to ensure that its growth benefits not just the company, but also the wider public.
“We want Malaysians to feel proud seeing BubblesO2 on international supermarket shelves. This isn’t just our achievement—it’s a collective one,” Ain Azizah added.
As global demand shifts towards healthier, transparent and sustainable products, Bubbles O2 is emerging as a symbol of Malaysian excellence, ready to take on the international market.
