Carthage linebacker DaQuives Beck commits to Texas A&M
Texas A&M football is getting ready to add a bulldog to its squad.
Carthage senior linebacker DaQuives Beck made it known Tuesday that he will be heading to Texas A&M next fall.
Beck was named defensive MVP of Carthage's 28-14 win over Waco La Vega in the state championship game, recording 10 tackles including three and a half for a loss, as well as a sack.
On the season as a whole, Beck had more than 100 tackles, with five sacks and a pair of defensive touchdowns.
