We're a third of the way through 2025 already (err, how did that happen?). And, in the last four months, the entertainment industry has churned out some unreal movies and pieces of television, from Stephen Graham's Adolescence to the latest season of White Lotus. But when it comes to films, the only review-aggregation website we listen to is Rotten Tomatoes. As in, whatever movies they recommend, we watch, no questions asked. 20. The Penguin Lesson - 82%

Based on the 2015 memoir by Tom Michell, The Penguin Lessons follows a British teacher who taught at a boys' boarding school in Argentina in the 1970s. One day, Tom notices a distressed penguin soaked in oil on a beach in the Uruguayan resort of Punta del Este. Tom rescues the penguin, but soon realises the animal won't stop following him.
