It was built in 2003 for Saudi Sheikh Abdul Mohsen Abdulmalik Al-Sheikh, who eventually sold it to Russian tycoon Roman Abramovich. Abramovich, in turn, gave it to his ex-wife Irina after their divorce settlement. But it didn't stop there, as Irina Malandina sold it to US theatre, music and film producer David Geffen, who also sold it in 2016 to Chinese businessman Samuel Tak Lee. She is 115 metres (377 feet) and 18 feet wide and was built in 2003 by the German shipyard Lürssen.
