I.C.R. Enterprises plans to build warehouse and office space at 1300 Frederick Pike.
Gettysburg
501 Richardson Acquisition plans to build a mixed-use development at 108 N. Stratton St. with commercial and apartment buildings, and relocate the transit center.

East Pennsboro Township
Triple Crown Corporation plans to build three multi-family apartment buildings containing a total of 235 residential units at 30 Hunter Lane, the former headquarters of Rite Aid.
Lower Allen Township
A 6,050-square-foot Wawa Food Market and Fueling Station is proposed for 920 Century Drive.
Lower Allen Township/Upper Allen Township
Lancaster County-based EG Stoltzfus Land LLC plans to build 137 single-family detached and 56 side-by-side twin dwelling units at the Liberty Forge Golf Course property at 3804 Lisburn Road.
Middlesex Township
A 5,200-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru facility is planned for 1081 and 1087 Harrisburg Pike.
Monroe Township
Cumberland County-based Trinity MSB plans to construct twenty-eight homes on Boiling Springs Road for this phase.
North Middleton Township
Twenty-two duplexes are proposed near Cranes Gap Road in this phase.
Silver Spring Township
Sporting Green Apartments
Vanguard Development Group plans to develop four buildings with 252 multi-family units near Hogestown Road. There will also be a clubhouse building with a pool.
South Middleton Township
The church plans to build a 6,886-square-foot addition onto its existing building at 360 York Road.
Upper Allen Township
This phase of the planned residential development will consist of 24 single-family homes near Hertzler Road. The developer is Hertzler Road Associates LP.
Stratton Park Townhomes
Nineteen new townhomes are planned for 232 W. Lisburn Road. The developer is Cumberland County-based CPY Properties.
Upper Frankford Township
Randall Martin Ag Operation
A new 58,464-square-foot poultry operation, including two poultry barns, manure storage and an egg room is planned near North Mountain Road.
Dauphin County
Derry Township
The M.S. Hershey Foundation plans to build a new 3,571-square-foot pavilion at Hershey Gardens at 170 Hotel Road.
The Hershey Trust Company plans to redevelop the former Hershey Lumberyard into a “Dwellings for Employees and Students building” that would be used for short-term housing. The 173,661-square-foot building will be located at 339 W. Chocolate Ave., near North First Street.
East Hanover Township
A four-story hotel is planned for Bow Creek Road.
Harrisburg
The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority plans to build a parks maintenance facility at 1002 N. 12th St.
The Handles Helping Hands Foundation plans to construct a 4,340-square-foot apartment building with nine residential units on Market Street.
