You may have once tried to make a yogurt cake, but did you try to cook it in microwave ? You'll need only 10 minutes !
Materials
- 1 silicon mold (21 cm x 21 cm)
Preparation
Step 1:
Step 1 - Yogurt cake in microwave
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl : eggs + yoghurt + olive oil + flour + baking powder + cream.
Step 2:
Step 2 - Yogurt cake in microwave
Pour the batter in a silicon mold.
Step 3:
Step 3 - Yogurt cake in microwave
Microwave it 10 min at 800W.
Step 4:

Let it cool down and there you are !
