  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean fermented chili paste)
  • 1/4 cup edamame soybeans
  • 1 green onion (or chives)
  • 1/2 teaspoon blond sesame seeds
