Chilling sketch of man who killed Arkansas couple in front of kids at Devil's Den

Police have released a chilling sketch of the man suspected of murdering an Arkansas couple in front of their young daughters at Devil's Den State Park.

With the massive manhunt entering day four, the Arkansas State Police released a sketch image showing a white man wearing a dark baseball cap and sunglasses.

He is considered a 'person of interest' and was spotted in the area on Saturday, the day that Clinton and Cristen Brink were brutally killed.

Police said the suspect may have been injured while carrying out the deadly attack, but have not released details about how the couple was killed or any potential motive.

Clinton, 43, and Cristen, 41, were found dead on a remote trail inside the 2,500-acre park, about 140 miles northwest of Little Rock.

Their daughters, ages 9 and 7, were unharmed and are now with family members.

The couple had recently moved from South Dakota to the small city of Prairie Grove. Clinton was set to begin work as a milk delivery driver.

In a statement released on Monday, relatives of the Brinks said the parents 'died heroes protecting their little girls,' and pleaded with the public to share any information that might help catch the killer.

The suspect is described as having a medium build and wearing a long-sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up, dark pants, fingerless gloves, a backpack, and a dark cap.

He was last seen driving a black four-door sedan - possibly a Mazda - with tape obscuring the license plate.

Police believe he may have exited the park via State Route 170 or 220.

Officials have urged anyone who visited Devil's Den on Saturday to review their photos or videos in case the suspect was captured in the background.

The couple's bodies have been sent to the state crime lab to determine the exact cause and manner of death.

The investigation remains ongoing.
