SALINE – Southeastern Conference Red rivals Saline and Ann Arbor Skyline split a doubleheader Monday, setting up a Wednesday showdown with the conference title on the line.

The Hornets traded blows with Skyline’s Eagles in a pair of thrilling contests. Tied at 2-2 from the fifth inning of game one, the Hornets found their edge in the bottom of the ninth as senior John Arvai batted in the game-winning run.
