Tiny cabin in Finger Lakes Wine Country
This two-bedroom, one-bathroom tiny cabin with views of Seneca Lake can sleep up to three people. There are five cabins in total on the property, which is nestled on a hill above the lake and each includes a bedroom and a futon. Each cabin includes a kitchenette with an electric cooktop, pots and pans, a mini fridge, a toaster oven, cooking utensils and grilling utensils to use if you want to cook a meal over the fire pit. Each unit also includes a full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, according to the Airbnb listing.
The property is located near the southern end of Seneca Lake in the Village of Burdett. The listing's map shows that the cabins are positioned between Damiani Wine Cellars and Grist Iron Brewing Company, and are within minutes of a handful of of other breweries and wineries. According to the Airbnb listing, the property is just minutes from Seneca Lake, 15 minutes from downtown Watkins Glen and 10 minutes from hiking trails at the National Forest.
Price: A two-night stay at the end of March would cost $140 per night, according to the Airbnb listing.
Details: This listing requires a two-night stay minimum and allows for a maximum of three guests. Each cabin has its own patio and parking space. Pets are not allowed.
Unique stay along wine trail in the Finger Lakes
This luxurious smart home space station located on the Keuka Wine Trail has one bedroom, one bathroom and can sleep up to two guests. The smart home features automatic blinds, a retractable projector screen and heated floors. The bathroom offers a touchless toilet with a heated bidet seat and a built-in blow dryer to use after you get out of the shower. Bluetooth speakers and accent lighting within the space station can all be controlled by an iPad.
The property is located along the Keuka Wine Trail, right near the eastern branch of Keuka Lake in Penn Yan, according to the Airbnb listing. The listing states that it is also near Watkins Glenn State Park.
Price: A one-night stay in March would cost $233, according to the Airbnb listing.
Details: The space station allows a maximum of two guests. Pets are allowed.
Minka property along Cayuga Lake
The host of this Airbnb states that Minka is a Japanese meaning "home for regular people". This 348-square-foot tiny home includes one bedroom suitable for two guests and a day bed which opens up into a queen-sized bed that can sleep two more guests. The Minka property includes a patio overlooking Cayuga Lake and access to its stone beach. Guests are able to use the property's two kayaks but the host encourages guests to bring their own additional water toys and water shoes if needed.
The Minka property is located right on the shores of Cayuga Lake in King Ferry. It is 26 minutes north of Ithaca and 10 minutes south of Aurora, according to the Airbnb listing. The host states that a golf course and a new winery are about a mile up the hill and that two other wineries are within a five-mile radius. Guests can take a five-minute walk up the stream by the lake to find a waterfall with a small pool.
Price: This Airbnb has very limited availability, but a two-night stay in July would cost $187 per night, according to the Airbnb listing.
Details: There is a two-night stay minimum and pets are not allowed.
The yurt at Finger Lakes Cider House
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom tiny Airbnb at the Finger Lakes Cider House near Cayuga Lake can sleep up to two guests. The Airbnb listing states that this handcrafted rustic yurt is custom-built by the Cider House Crew and sits on a 70-acre property of regenerative farmland, forest, and peach and apple orchards. The tiny home includes an air conditioning unit for the warm months and has baseboard heating and insulation for the winter months.
The yurt is located along the creek side on the wood line of the Finger Lakes Cider House near Cayuga Lake in Interlaken, according to the Airbnb listing. The host states that it is between the Cayuga and Seneca Lake Wine Trails and is about a 30-minute drive from Ithaca, Geneva and Watkins Glen.
Price: A two-night stay in March would cost $179 per night, according to the Airbnb listing.
Details: This property requires a two-night stay minimum. The host suggests checking out the website, fingerlakesciderhouse.com for seasonal hours of service for the Cider House tasting room and kitchen.
