WCWS scores: Bracket, TV schedule for NCAA softball tournament
Oklahoma softball looks for its fifth consecutive national championship win when the Women's College World Series starts Thursday, although the path won't be easy.
The No. 2 Sooners face No. 7 Tennessee in the first round of the WCWS, and will likely face Lady Vols ace Karlyn Pickens, one of the best pitchers in college softball. Tennessee already beat Oklahoma in a three-game series in Norman earlier this season.

Tennessee's Laura Mealer (2) celebrates after driving in the winning run in the 9th inning of the Women's College World Series softball game between the UCLA Bruins and the Tennessee Volunteers at Devon Park in Oklahoma City, Sunday, June, 1, 2025.
No. 3 Florida and No. 6 Texas are also on the Sooners' side of the bracket, with No. 9 UCLA, No. 12 Texas Tech, No. 16 Oregon and Ole Miss on the other side of the WCWS.
Here's a look at the WCWS bracket, along with the full schedule and scores, which will be updated throughout the tournament:
