A perfect alternative when you can't eat gluten !

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Step 1 - Tomato burger - gluten free

    Wash and cut the tomato in half. Spread some pesto on top of each half. Cutan onion and a mozzarella into slices and wash the salad.

  • Step 2:

    Step 2 - Tomato burger - gluten free

    Cook the onion slices in olive oil 2 min per side. Cook the grounded beef 4 minutes per side, adding the mozzarella on side 2.

  • Step 3:

    Step 3 - Tomato burger - gluten free

    Add some lettuce on the base of the tomato, the the grounded beef with mozzarella, then the grilled onions. Cover with the other half of the tomato.
