We all love choux, these cream puffs from France, filled with custard or whipped cream ! Here is a recipe for all of those who are gluten intolerant, to enjoy this nice dessert!

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    In a pot, put the water to heat with the butter and the salt

  • Step 2:

    When the butter has melted, add the corn flour at once and stir until the dough comes off the pot.

    Take out of the heat, and add the eggs, one by one, mixing everytime. If there are too many clots in the dough, blend it.

    With a piping bag, or spoons, form the choux, making a ball. Beat the egg and brush the choux with it.

    Bake 15 minutes at 390°F (200°C). Once cooked, leave the oven door half open for 10 minutes before taking them out.
