This spanish pie stuffed woth tuna will make you travel all the way through Europe ! Full of sun and flavours, tuna lovers will be thrilled !

Ingredients

Stuffing :

  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/3 green pepper
  • 14 ounces canned tuna
  • 4 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1.5 ounce olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Pastry :

  • 9 ounces water
  • 3.5 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.2 ounces dry baker's yeast
  • 1 egg

    Stuffing : In a pan, pour the olive oil and let it warm up, then cook together chopped onions and peppers.
