Irving surprised many in his rookie year, racking up over 1,500 scrimmage yards and eight touchdowns. His quick emergence gives Tampa Bay a game-changer in the backfield.

After tallying 1,300+ scrimmage yards in Dallas, Dowdle now joins Carolina with hopes of injecting explosiveness into a stagnant offense.
7. Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falcons

A powerful and reliable runner, Allgeier brings toughness and complements Bijan Robinson well. His past 1,000-yard season proves he can carry a heavy load if needed.
8. Kendre Miller, New Orleans Saints
