Kitchen items you should get rid of today

We tend to accumulate lots of unwanted things in our homes, and our kitchens are no exception. Have you ever opened a cupboard only to be hit by an avalanche of plastic containers? Well, you're not alone. But it doesn't have to be like this. Follow these tips and give your kitchen a new life.
Your old sponge

Sponges are a playground for bacteria. You shouldn't really be using old sponges at all.
Paper menus

In this day and age, you no longer need to keep paper menus of your favorite takeout.
