Discover our recipe for Air fryer smashed potatoes, the ultra crispy side dish! Easy to prepare, these crushed and browned potatoes are perfect for adding a crunchy-soft touch to your meals. Thanks to Air Fryer cooking, they are less fatty but just as tasty. Perfect to accompany meats, fish or even as an aperitif snack with a yogurt sauce, everyone will take one bite! :-)

Preparation
Step 1:

Wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes or until tender (check doneness with a knife).

Place the potatoes in the Air Fryer tray with parchment paper and mash them with the back of a glass.

Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and the spices of your choice (we chose paprika and thyme). Cook for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C) on “Air Fry” mode, don't forget to flip them mid time!
