Prediction time

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

Let's take a look at who we think will finish as the top goalscorers in the 2025/26 Premier League season.

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

One of the most underrated players in England, Bowen consistently produces big performances for West Ham and is key to any ambitions they may have next season. Whilst the Hammers may finish somewhere near the bottom of the table, we know Bowen will be giving it his all and scoring plenty of goals.

10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

Per ESPN, Joao Pedro finished with 10 goals in 27 appearances for Brighton last season. Now at Chelsea, surrounded by better talent, the Brazilian should be looking to better that total.

9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

Joining him on 15 goals will be his fellow Brazilian, Matheus Cunha who recently moved to Manchester United. We aren’t convinced by United’s business so far this window, but Cunha scored 15 goals for Wolves last season, so we expect he at least matches that total.

8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

Liverpool may lose Luis Diaz to Bayern Munich if recent rumours are to be believed. If they do, Cody Gakpo will have to step up to replace his goals. There is no reason the Dutchman can’t reach a new level with his goal scoring, considering how talented he is.

7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

Cole Palmer set the Premier League alight as soon as he joined Chelsea back in 2023. Since then, he has been scoring goals for fun, and we expect him to do the same this coming season. Chelsea are chopping and changing their squad once again, but Palmer will remain as the main man.

5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

Very rarely do players settle into life in the Premier League as quickly as Omar Marmoush did after signing for Manchester City in January 2025. City will be looking to put last season’s disappointments behind them and challenge for the Premier League once again, and Marmoush’s goals could prove the deciding factor.

4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

Mohamed Salah finished last season with 29 goals and 18 assists – that’s just ridiculously good. It’s essentially impossible to expect him to repeat those levels of production, especially as he has just turned 33. We think he’ll do just fine, though, with 22 goals and plenty of assists to his name by the season’s end.

3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

Perhaps the most coveted striker in world football, Alexander Isak showed last season just how good he can be as he bullied some of the best defenders in the world. The Swede is all-important to Newcastle’s hopes next season, as they will be hoping to mount some sort of challenge in the Premier League whilst also battling in the Champions League.

2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

Haaland scored 22 goals in 31 appearances last year, which is a slight dip in his form (somehow). We expect him to put together another great season for City, banging in another 27 goals. He has an incredible knack for being in the right place at the right time, and Pep Guardiola’s squad has no shortage of talent around him to provide goal scoring opportunities.

1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

12: Jarrod Bowen - 12 goals, 10: Joao Pedro - 15 goals, 9: Matheus Cunha - 15 goals, 8: Cody Gakpo - 16 goals, 7: Cole Palmer - 18 goals, 5: Omar Marmoush - 19 goals, 4: Mohamed Salah - 22 goals, 3: Alexander Isak - 24 goals, 2: Erling Haaland - 27 goals, 1: Viktor Gyokeres - 30 goals

He hasn’t even signed for Arsenal yet, and we’re predicting him to finish with 30 Premier League goals, maybe we’re being a little ambitious! Still, if the Swede does make the move to North London, as transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has suggested is likely, he will have plenty of chances in front of goal. We think this could be Arsenal’s season – if they sign Gyokeres, and he scores 30 goals, we don’t see anyone stopping them!
