Influencer passed away at age 40

Natalia Cavanellas, a Brazilian influencer known for her entrepreneurial content, died at age 40 after suffering serious complications during triple cosmetic surgery in São Paulo.

A triple procedure

According to Hola magazine, the influencer was scheduled to undergo liposuction, b***ock augmentation with injections, and a br**st implant replacement during her procedure.

Cardiorespiratory arrest

However, the content creator suffered a cardiac arrest during the operation, from which she was unable to recover.

She had passed the medical checks

The magazine assures that, for her part, the influencer had completed all the required preparatory evaluations. She was deemed fit enough to undergo the procedures.

Doctor saw no problem

For his part, the surgeon responsible for the procedure confirmed that everything was performed under appropriate conditions.

Theories about complications

There are theories that the influencer may have suffered some type of fat embolism, a complication that can block blood vessels and affect the functioning of vital organs. It is also theorized that it could have been a pulmonary embolism, caused by a blood clot.

Authorities are investigating the case.

In any case, Brazilian authorities have confirmed that they have launched an investigation to determine whether medical negligence was involved.

Husband brought the terrible news

Rafael Thomazella, the star's husband, brought the shocking news of her death through Cavanellas' Instagram account.

'Natalia left us yesterday'

Thomazella shared images of the two as a couple and of them with their daughter Manoella. "Sadly, Natalia left us yesterday, but she will forever be in our memories and our hearts," he wrote on the social network.

He also wrote: "We all know what a great woman Natalia was. A beautiful, independent, super professional, happy woman, among so many other qualities."

Daughter left without a mother

He explained that his young daughter looks a lot like her mother and that he will make sure to never let her memory fade.
