Romantic comedy with East Texas ties heading to Netflix
A Netflix movie with Texas connections is coming to the streaming platform this fall.
Miranda Cosgrove is starring in "The Wrong Paris," a romantic comedy featuring a woman named Dawn, who thinks she's joining a dating show in Paris, France, but it's really in Paris, Texas. Once she realizes where she is, she develops an exit plan "until sparks fly with the bachelor."
In addition to the "iCarly" alum, the movie also stars Pierson Fode as the bachelor as well as Frances Fisher, Yvonne Orji, Madison Pettis, Madeleine Arthur, Torrance Coombs, Christin Park, Emilija Baranac and Hannah Stocking.
The movie will premiere on Netflix on Sept. 12.
