EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland Animal Protective League is hosting their free pet vaccine and microchip clinic this Saturday, July 26, for Cleveland and East Cleveland residents.

The clinic will run from 12-3 p.m. at The Salvation Army in East Cleveland Corps Community Center at 1507 Doan Ave.

Cleveland APL hosts free pet vaccine clinic on July 26

The free clinic is open to Cleveland and East Cleveland residents only.

Cleveland APL said it will serve pets aged six weeks to six years old, “as these pets are at the highest risk and most in need of preventative care.”

No appointment is needed, but the clinic will be on a first-come, first-served basis to 100 pets.

Bring your pet’s vaccination records to the clinic if you have them.

Dogs must be leashed, and cats must be in carriers upon arrival.

Merck Pharmaceuticals will provide the following vaccines:

Pet	Vaccines
Dogs	Distemper/Parvo Combo, Rabies
Cats	Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia Combo, Rabies

Cats and dogs can also be microchipped for free!

Cleveland APL said informative pet care resources and friendly veterinary staff will be at the clinic.
