Bourbon & Beyond has released the set times for its all-star lineup at "the world's largest bourbon and music festival" held at the Highlands Festival Grounds in Louisville.
Now in its seventh year, Bourbon & Beyond, which will be held Sept. 11-14, will feature more than 120 artists performing on five stages. After a recording breaking year in 2024, the festival is back with a stacked music lineup with dozens of legends and breakout stars led by The Lumineers, Benson Boone, Alabama Shakes, Phish, Khruangbin, Joe Bonamassa, Sturgill “Johnny Blue Skies” Simpson, Jack White, Vance Joy, Noah Kahan, Goo Goo Dolls, and Megan Moroney.
“Bourbon & Beyond is the best lineup of the year — bringing together the biggest names in rock, Americana, and alt, alongside country icons and breakout artists. It’s a festival that doesn’t just celebrate one sound, but the best of all of them, paired with world-class bourbon, incredible food, and that unmistakable Kentucky vibe. From the start, our vision was to create an experience that blends music, culinary, culture, and community in a way that only Bourbon & Beyond can,” Danny Wimmer of Danny Wimmer Presents said previously in a news release.
New for 2025 is a site expansion for festivalgoers, including free access to Kentucky Kingdom for festival guests, an immersive merch experience inside the climate-controlled Kentucky Exposition Center, more tree-shaded areas throughout the grounds, double the number of general admission Lawn Chair Passes, a second festival entrance, and more.
In addition to top shelf music is top shelf bourbon. This year, the Fork & Flask curated by Kroger Stage, will feature “Fork” hosts Chef Chris Santos (“Chopped”) and Chef Edward Lee (“The Mind of a Chef”), who will lead culinary demonstrations and be joined by acclaimed chefs including Chef Claudette Zepeda (“Top Chef Season 15”), Chef Esther Choi (Food Network TV personality, “Beat Bobby Flay” and “Chopped”), and Louisville chefs Anthony Lamas, (Seviche A Latin Restaurant and Bar Rescue), and Lawrence Weeks.
The “Flask” programming on the Fork & Flask curated by Kroger Stage will feature bourbon expert Chris Blandford and Chef Amanda Freitag (“Top Chef” and “Chopped”) with premium brands including Old Rip Van Winkle, Angel's Envy, Woodford Reserve, Old Forester, Buffalo Trace and more, according to a news release announcing the 2025 set times.

Chef Edward Lee joked that the best way to stir bourbon is with your finger during a cooking demonstration at the Culinary Stage at Bourbon and Beyond in Louisville, Ky. on Sep. 19, 2024.
Program highlights include a taping of the Firkin Podcast with Redferrin, and “Family Cookin” with Terry Bradshaw and his son-in-law Chef Noah Hester, who recently announced a family cookbook.
Plus, join actress Elizabeth Banks (Archer Roose Wines) Unscripted & Uncorked for a refreshingly unfiltered Q&A on how music, movies and a good drink can bring people together. And beloved comedian and Fathertime founder Jim Gaffigan returns for another round of laughs, stories and bourbon-fueled insights.
Other special guests participating in the culinary and bourbon programming include 49 Winchester, Trombone Shorty, Kelly Hansen, Salt Hank, Katie Crutchfield and more.
A full schedule of culinary events will be released prior to the festival.
