But what if I told you that you could relive that experience, with the same silky texture, the same sweet touch, but in a homemade and healthy version? In a very simple way, we are going to prepare homemade strawberry yogurt cups, petit suisse type, with which we are sure to make both the little ones and the adults in the house happy. A creamy, smooth dessert with a delicious strawberry flavor. To indulge yourself without having to think about calories.

Preparation

Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and chop them. Hydrate the gelatine leaves in a bowl with cold water for 5-10 minutes.

Heat the milk, being careful not to let it boil. Drain the gelatine sheets and add them to the hot milk. Stir until completely dissolved.

In a mixer or blender, add the yogurt, strawberries, agave syrup and milk with the gelatin. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the seeds and obtain a smoother texture.
