Caitlin Clark upgraded to questionable for Fever vs. Lynx in WNBA Commissioner's Cup final
MINNEAPOLIS – Caitlin Clark is listed as questionable for Tuesday’s Commissioner Cup championship game vs. the Minnesota Lynx, according to a team news release. The Indiana Fever guard has missed the past two games due to a left groin injury and was listed as out on the game status report ahead of both contests.

Clark missed her seventh game of the season Friday, a 94-86 win over the Dallas Wings. She had not missed a game in her entire career prior to suffering a left quad strain earlier this year that sidelined her for five games between May 24 and June 14.
Clark practiced Sunday, but was not a full participant, doing mostly non-contact shooting workouts, according to coach Stephanie White, who reiterated the team’s careful approach to Clark’s recovery.
“We’re just trying to progress slowly, making sure we don’t have any setbacks,” White said.
For her part, Clark felt “good” following practice Sunday, but confirmed she remains day-to-day.
“(I’m) doing everything I can to put myself in position to play the next game every single time,” she said. “That’s always my goal, to be available for the next game. I’m doing everything I can with the medical staff to be able to get my body right.”
The Fever will also be without Damiris Dantas, who is on a national team obligation. Minnesota’s Karlie Samuelson is out with a foot injury.
The Commissioner’s Cup final between the Fever and Lynx is set for Tuesday at 8 p.m. The game can be seen on Prime Video.
Tuesday's game at Minnesota begins a stretch of eight games in 16 days leading into the All-Star game for the Fever, who will begin a five-game homestand Thursday vs. the Las Vegas Aces.
