Signature dish that we photographed: Cheese pizza
Why is it so popular? The quality of our pizza and subs, as well as our fermenting process for our pizza dough, is different from anyone in the area.
How’s it made? Pizza dough is kneaded into balls and placed onto olive oil-greased metal cans. Then it is taken out and stretched into the classic New York-style pizza and cooked in a 500-degree oven.
Price of the dish? Large plain is $16
