Former Galway hurler Greg Lally and his wife, model Mary Lee, are adjusting to life as a family of five after welcoming their third child.

The couple, who got married in Mary's hometown of Boston in North Clare in 2022 and have two sons, Dylan, seven, and Dean, five, welcomed a baby girl on July 14.

During her pregnancy, Mary stated that they didn't want to find out the gender until the big day, saying: 'It's the nicest surprise, and it's lovely for people to guess.'

This week, baby Lally arrived, and while mum and dad didn't reveal the gender in the first photo they shared, they later confirmed they'd welcomed a daughter to the family.

Mary later posted another picture of Greg carrying their baby girl in her car seat as they walked out of the hospital and revealed her sweet name.

'Nora Lee Lally,' new mum-of-three Mary wrote and how cute is that?! Even sweeter, it turns out that the name is a family moniker and very special to Mary.

Mary's late mum, who passed away seven years ago, was also called Nora Lee, so the little one's name is a touching tribute to her.

When EVOKE asked Mary if she and Greg had any names picked out during her pregnancy, she laughed as she said: 'I only said it to Greg the other night. 'Do we have anything in mind?'

'Dylan and Dean were a week without names. It's probably the worst part is picking a name, as this is what they will have for the rest of their lives.'

And as for dad Greg, Mary says he has been full of excitement, and as it is their third time, he knows exactly what to do, particularly when it comes to one specific element of pregnancy.

'My hormones. He just walks away. He knows after the first time, he just takes the two lads just gives her space,' she said.
