'Beverly Hills, 90210': Then and now
Luke Perry

Perry played the antihero Dylan McKay from seasons one to six, and returned for the final season.

He later had roles on Broadway and the West End, and appeared in episodes of 'The Simpsons,' 'What I Like About You,' 'Community,' and 'Family Guy.' He was also featured in movies like 'The Fifth Element' and the series 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer.'
Shannen Doherty

Doherty played lead character Brenda Walsh from the first episode until her character departed the show in the fourth season to spend a year studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. She never returned to the show.

She appeared only in the CW spin off in 2008, and in a few later episodes in 2009.

Doherty had starred in the cult-classic 'Heathers' (1988), and also starred in the series 'Charmed,' but she reportedly left the show due to some behind-the-scenes drama.
Jason Priestley

As the original lead character Brandon Walsh, Priestley starred in the series from season one to nine.

The heartthrob is still beloved in the hearts of many now-grown women, but he's kept a relatively low profile since the show's end.
Jennie Garth

For the entire 10-season run of the show, Jennie Garth played Kelly Taylor, the spoiled teen vixen who matured before our eyes.

In 2002, she starred in the sitcom 'What I Like About You' with Amanda Bynes, and she's even done her own reality TV series called 'Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country.'
Ian Ziering

Also for the entirety of the show's 10 seasons, Ian Ziering played Steve Sanders. The character begins as a careless, rich teen, but Steve introduced to the show the more latent identity struggles that come with being adopted.

Ziering anchored the cult-hit ‘Sharknado’ franchise through six films, turning flying sharks into a pop culture phenomenon. He’s kept his voice-over chops sharp with roles in animated series. Off screen, he’s a divorced dad of two daughters.
Tori Spelling (top left)

She was the fashionable one, but she also brought issues like learning disabilities to the forefront of the show. Her real-life father, Aaron Spelling, was also the legendary TV producer behind the series.
Tori Spelling

Tori Spelling is embracing single life post-divorce, co-parenting her five kids with Dean McDermott, and stepping back into the spotlight with red carpet appearances. Professionally, she’s launched a candid podcast and starred in a Neutrogena campaign alongside fellow 'Beverly Hills, 90210' alum Brian Austin Green.
Gabrielle Carteris

Perhaps because of this, Carteris has been fighting against ageism in Hollywood, including writing a guest column for The Hollywood Reporter against age listings on IMDb. She's also done quite a bit of voice work, and even had her own talk show. Most prominently, she's known for having been the president of SAG-AFTRA from 2016-2021.
Brian Austin Green

Green (right) has seen on-screen success since the show's end, acting in 'Growing Pains,' 'The Twilight Zone,' 'Smallville,' and 'Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles,' to name a few.
Tiffani Thiessen

Tiffani Thiessen played Valerie Malone for the last six seasons, and despite having half the screen time as her co-stars, she's left one of the biggest legacies.

The 'Saved By the Bell' star (Kelly Kapowski) later starred in a number of TV movies and shows like 'Fastlane,' 'What About Brian' and 'White Collar.' Additionally, Thiessen has starred in her very own cooking show!
The reboot

The reboot, 'BH90210,' starred Jason Priestley, Shannen Doherty, Jennie Garth, Brian Austin Green, Tori Spelling, Gabrielle Carteris, and Ian Ziering. It premiered on August 7, 2019, but on November 7, 2019 it was announced the show would not return for a second season.
