NBA MVP award announcement today: How to watch, see finalists
The 2024-25 NBA MVP award will be announced on May 21 at 4 p.m. MST on TNT, the NBA announced.
Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Denver Nuggets big Nikola Jokic and Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo are the three finalists.
Jokic is a three-time MVP winner and Antetokounmpo has won it twice. Gilgeous-Alexander finished second to Jokic for last season's award.
The announcement will come prior to TNT's coverage of Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, at 5 p.m. MST.
