Blessing of the fields in Vineland

1136 36th Lane | 10 a.m. | Father Steve Murray of St. Therese Catholic Church will pray for a bountiful harvest at participating farms. Participants can follow the route from farm to farm and join in prayer. Wheelchair accessible tour buses are provided and carpooling is encouraged. After the blessing, lunch is served at St. Therese Church. All are welcome.

Garden Conservancy "Open Day" at local gardens

Locations vary | 10 a.m.-4 p.m. | Learn more about gardening with native plants in Pueblo's climate at one of three locations. Cost ranges from $10-$40. Sign up at gardenconservancy.org/.

Kids to Parks Day at Lake Pueblo State Park

601 Pueblo Reservoir Road | 10 a.m.-2 p.m. | Stop at the visitor's center to celebrate Colorado Public Lands Day with outdoor games, a scavenger hunt, and nature-inspired arts and crafts. Get out and enjoy the park by taking a hike, hitting the trails for a bike ride, or going fishing.

Dog Patch Exhibit opens at El Pueblo History Museum

301 N. Union Ave. | 10 a.m.-4 p.m. daily, Tuesday through Saturday | Check out the community-driven exhibition brought to life through extensive engagement with the residents of the Dog Patch neighborhood, which incorporates oral histories, artifacts, and personal accounts that highlight the resilience, perseverance, and pride of Pueblo. Dog Patch is a small community on Pueblo's East Side known for Chicano activism, self-advocacy, and enduring as one of Pueblo’s most tightly-knit neighborhoods. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for seniors 60 and older, or free for children 18 and younger.

Community Singalong at Center for Inner Peace

740 W. 15th St. | 2-3 p.m. | Join All Pueblo Sings for the community singalong. The event is open to anyone who wants to sing. The event is free, however, donations are welcome.

Pueblo German American Club MaiTanz Celebration at Pueblo Elks Lodge

246 N. Santa Fe Ave. | 5-9 p.m. | Dance to the music of the Alan Polivka band, try the Maypole dance and savor authentic German food from the Germans Pretzelkings food truck. A cash bar will be available. Dirndls and lederhosen are encouraged. Cost is $15 for adults, while anyone 15 and younger is free. Country Music Concert at Copper River in Pueblo West

Zeppelin Alive Concert at Brues Alehouse

'Poetry and Vulnerability' at First Unitarian Society

110 Calla Ave. | 10:30 a.m. | Join Amanda Martinez as she reads a collection of her poems and leads a discussion about emotional healing as it relates to how we show up in the community.  Martinez has survived depression and searches for compassion in the world. The public is welcome and the facility is handicap accessible.

Singing and Acting Audition Workshop at Sangre de Cristo Arts Center

Santa Fe | 12:30-3:30 p.m. every Sunday, May 18- June 8, with final performance date to follow | Elevate your audition skills with this course designed for aspiring performers preparing for ThesCon, upcoming musical and non-musical auditions, and college entrance auditions. Pueblo Stamp Club Meeting at Rawlings Library

100 E. Abriendo Ave., Thurston Meeting Room | 1-3 p.m. | The meeting will focus on a sampling of paintings and other artworks that have been depicted on postage stamps. Plus, see how artists are using canceled postage stamps to create impressive stamp art. Stamps from both East and West Germany will be brought for show and trade. The meeting is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome.

Nerd Night at The Ethos

Freethought Friday Social at First Unitarian Society

110 Calla Ave. | 7 p.m. | Pueblo Humanists, a secular community, will gather for its monthly Freethought Friday social, featuring refreshments and conversation. Members and guests are welcome to bring snacks, soft drinks, or adult beverages to share. The building is handicap accessible. The group also meets on the second Thursday of the month at a different location. Shooting for the Stars Anniversary Party at The Ethos

Memorial Day weekend train rides at Pueblo Railway Museum

132 W. B St. | 10 a.m.-2 p.m. | Take a nostalgic trip on the train. Departures run every 20 minutes. Tickets are $15 to ride in the engine or $10 to ride in one of three cabooses. Children 2 and younger ride for free. Cash or check is preferred, but credit cards are accepted. Train ride tickets can only be purchased during the event at the gift shop, a converted caboose behind the depot.

Country Music Concert at Copper River in Pueblo West

395 S. Angus Ave. | 7-10 p.m. | Join Soapdish for an evening of country music. Admission is free.

Country and Pop Concert at Brues Alehouse

120 E. Riverwalk | 7 p.m. | See Pueblo native Nicole Taibi, a country music singer and songwriter. The concert includes Mallory Cordova, a pop and indie style songwriter. Cost is $16.75 and tickets are on sale at brues-alehouse-brewing-co.ticketleap.com/.

Solo Speed Puzzle Contest at The Ethos
