Clean Up Pueblo with Habitat for Humanity

Colorado State Fair Fiesta Queen Scholarship Pageant at Sangre de Cristo Arts Center

210 N. Santa Fe. | 1 p.m. | The pageant is in its 58th year of honoring young Latinas who exemplify academic achievement, leadership, and cultural pride. This year’s candidates are Brielle Olivia Baca, Haylie Nicole Urias Gonzalez, Stephanie Calzadillas Rojo, Dulce Maria Valenzuela, Jayden Khymberly Archuleta-Rosales, Estefani Esquivel, Ysabelle Ava Rosales, and Stephanie Beltran, all of Pueblo; and Jalyn Nicole Wagner of Colorado Springs.

The pageant is one of the Fiesta Committee’s signature events, with scholarship awards totaling more than $15,000. Tickets are $10 and are available at the door, while children 5 and younger are free.

All Pueblo Sings at the Center for Inner Peace

StoryWalk Unveiling on the Arkansas River Trail

Corner of South Main and Corona | 4 p.m. | Join Pueblo Friends of the Arkansas River for the launch of Pueblo’s first StoryWalk. Discover "What Do You Do With a Tail Like This?" by Colorado authors Steve Jenkins & Robin Page, displayed page by page along the river trail. Walk, read, guess animal traits, and connect to nature. This is a free, all-ages event with cookies and drinks provided.

Pueblo Has Talent Showcase at Pueblo Memorial Hall

1 City Hall Place | 4 p.m. | This year's theme is a Pueblo Has Talent Showcase, featuring many of the first- and second-place winners from 2009 through 2024. The showcase lineup is made up of singers, aerialists, dancers, and others. A “surprise” performance drawing will be offered to anyone who wants to perform their talent on stage at the showcase (any talent, any age). Three people will be selected by a live drawing and invited onstage to perform. The two-hour show is free and open to the public.
