Not inspired for tonight? We offer you THE Spanish tapas : huevos rotos! Once considered a poor man's dish, it is now a essential when it comes to the aperitif. We love picking up pieces of potatoes, egg and Serrano ham ;-) By the way, if you want to make it again for an aperitif, don't forget sangria to accompany it as it should! Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 little onion
- 1 little garlic clove
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices Serrano ham
- Parsley

Preparation

Wash and cut the potatoes into slices. Pour into a hot pan: water, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and add the potatoes. Mix to combine.

Bring to a boil and cover for 15 minutes over medium heat. Meanwhile, chop the onion.

Add the chopped onion, the crushed clove of garlic and fry everything over medium heat for 5 minutes.
