Lindsay Lohan is taking a break from her Freakier Friday promo tour to soak up the sun with her two-year-old son Luai. The actress took to Instagram to share a snapshot from their summer getaway in an undisclosed location. Lohan wears a white maxi skirt and a straw hat in the photo and holds her soon-to-be toddler as the duo look out over the ocean.
The sweet mother-son moment was paired with an equally cute caption: "Beach o’clock 🌊 👒 🧴."

Lohan welcomed Luai in 2023 with her husband Bader Shammas. The duo met at a restaurant in Dubai and quietly tied the knot in 2022. News of their nuptials broke when the Irish Wish actress called Shammas her "husband" in an Instagram post.
"You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time," she wrote. "I am stunned that you are my husband. My life and my everything."

The duo later announced their pregnancy on Instagram, with Lohan writing, "We are blessed and excited! 🙏🤍👶🍼." The accompanying image was a baby onesie with the text "coming soon."
Luai arrived approximately four months later, in July 2023. His exact birthdate is unknown. A rep for the couple confirmed the news: "Lindsay Lohan and her financier husband, Bader Shammas, welcomed a beautiful, healthy son named Luai,” the statement read. “The family is over the moon in love.”

Aside from playing the all important role of mom, Lohan has also been preparing for the premiere of Freakier Friday, which hits theaters on August 8. The highly anticipated sequel also marks the return of Lohan's original co-star Jamie Lee Curtis.
"The story picks up years after Tess (Curtis) and Anna (Lohan) endured an identity crisis," Disney said of the film. "Anna now has a daughter of her own and a soon-to-be stepdaughter. As they navigate the myriad challenges that come when two families merge, Tess and Anna discover that lightning might indeed strike twice."
